The game has changed a bit, though. Back then, out of 100 deals, 16 would work. Now, maybe 1 or 2 work. It's a numbers and volume game! 🔢📈

So, how do you stay in the game? You gotta keep up your outflow - that means calls, mailers, and tons of networking.  Connect with brokers, wholesalers, and anyone who can get you deals. Keep grinding!
