I used to get anxious (and still do till this day) having to confront someone or talk in front of a group of people. When I would get it done I would always say to myself “that wasn’t even that bad”. I started carrying that throughout my life and it’s opened a lot of doors for me and I’ve made some true connections🤞🏾
