Favorite memory from La Salle?
Ralph’s favorite memories are from his time playing on the La Salle football team.

Valuable Lesson Learned?
“The biggest lesson I learned is figuring out a way to provide value to others. With so many people coming out of the same field, you want to find a way to differentiate yourself. People may have the same skills but how are you going to set yourself apart? Just figuring out ways to add value outside of what you’re hired for. How else can you be beneficial and help.”

Advice for Students?
“Focus on solving problems for others. The path becomes a little clearer. Life’s already hard as it is. There’s value in your ability to take on burdens or problems and solve what others may see as big issues.” Ralph continues with how creating a step by step break down can help find solutions to the problem. Another piece of advice he gives is, “do the hard thing you’re avoiding. The magic you’re looking for is in the work you’re avoiding.” This can help you chip away from the daunting feeling of a task and help you become better.
