Famed Alabama High School, #Hoover head coach #DrewGilmer and defensive coordinator Adam Helms have been placed on administrative leave effective immediately, following HUDL footage from two separate days showing footage of each coach appearing to rip a student athlete’s helmet off. Head coach Gilmer is also seen aggressively charging and knocking a student athlete down, in one clip and performing what looks to be thrusting motions to the facial area of another child as he lay on the ground.

As a parent, should he be fired or is there a shot at redemption ⁉️
