🧘Yoga teacher POV: You prepare your class for those who have registered ahead, and your peak asana is navasana (boat pose). Just as class starts, in walk:
🤷‍♀️a yoga newbie who can't sit on the floor without 2 bolsters,
🤰a woman 30 weeks pregnant who has been advised to "try yoga",
💪someone with a strong practice since before you were born, and
🦵a man with a knee brace.

Need to learn how to trust your gut so you can safely find your version of the posture? We can help! Need to know that you don't have to do anything we say? We're here for that!

Teachers from all traditions benefit from our 300-hour level advanced asana programs, entitled Deepening the Asana Experience. Coming up, we have two of these programs: one for gentle yoga and one for our signature meditative posture style yoga (become so good at cueing that students can practice with their eyes closed if they want to!).

Join us for one or both of our Deepening the Asana programs coming up this fall. These count toward requirements for advanced asana courses in our 300-hour certification program, or electives if you're already met that requirement. And earn all students 20 YA CEUs each, even if you're not working toward your 300 hour with us.
