Today marks a special milestone as I open up the MJS Internal Newsletter to a broader audience. With issue #10 sent out, I want to share this journey with all of you.

My expectations from you? None. Open it, or don’t. Respond, or don’t. Have an idea from something I share? Let me know, or don’t. This is about two things I know are true in life:

(1) You want to tell your people what you are doing.
(2) Sharing thoughts candidly sparks new ideas.

Want to have new ideas? You must learn new things because each new thing is a new dot of knowledge you can connect to other dots of knowledge. Unless you connect dots in new ways, it’s almost impossible to have an original idea.
