Sneak peak of last nights practice! 👀 

Variability of exercises & warmups is fun! But, it’s also super important. Speedskating is a complex physical movement (like every sport), so it takes a lot of kinesthetic awareness, physical literacy, basic athletic skills like balance ⚖️ 

Through play, combining movements in novel ways, young athletes forget they are even at practice or “training,” and that’s the sweet spot 🎯 🙌
