Finally at week 9 post ACL surgery!🌟

Week 9 was fun and full of excitement!🌟 I was able to bend at 60 degrees, which gave me the ability to do a few more different exercises🤩 this week was basically rehab, coaching soccer, and I just got into my hot girl walk era and I’m loving it! 💚🫧🎧🍉
