In my first installment of “Meet The Athletes” I wanted to show case two young men who have been extremely consistent training with me and it shows. Both have increased their max velocity joining the 20 MPH club and also have put in work to become elite at change of direction. I’m proud of both of them and cannot wait to see what they do at the next level at their respective colleges. @brycehampton2 and @zadkiel_rodarte4 made it a point to come in, learn, work their hardest and have not only been a blast to coach, but bring great energy and competitiveness to every session. Love you boys!

When talking with the king of media @tatetookthat I really wanted to showcase the athletes that trust me with their training and highlight some awesome things about them as well. To celebrate those who come in to work and truly represent the brand that is Salvat Performance. I can at times be a “no thrills guy” and I enjoy hammering the things that will benefit athletes while they play, and leave the junk to those that only want things that look fun, while we climb the mountain that is steady improvement. I hope you enjoy my first Meet The Athletes and take the opportunity to follow these young men as they start their collegiate careers‼️
