Yesterday, the UScellular team engaged in a virtual fireside chat with Shell Lohmann (Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Brand) and Hannah Ubl (Co-founder, Good Company Consulting) on different types of workplace recognition, how recognizing each other is an important part of associate well-being, and the importance of making it meaningful and high quality.
