It’s Leadville 100 race week! And no more Olympics plus no more alpine lake jaunts means it’s time to bring on the taper tantrums! Tapering for the ltraceseries Leadville 100 mid-Olympics might just be the best-timed training block ever. Maaaaybe I’ll have to still sneak in some lake swims this week to not go crazy without ‘em. 🤔
