## Caption

Change is good, sometimes!!! So I was on a family walk yesterday in Honolulu, and saw there was going to be a 15K run in the area, so I decided to register and test myself.. I haven’t run in YEARS, most to all my fitness is done on two wheels. Had to channel one of my heroes and overall badasses  ken_rideout, and let the chips fall where they may.. I placed 3rd in my age division (55-59) and 85th out of 325 runners.. The race was 9.3 miles and I finished 1 hour 19 minutes, with an avg pace of 8:31 per mile.. Now my body is on 🔥 right now, everything hurts-ankles-hammies-groin.. But time heals all wounds, and needed to show my kiddos, it’s ok to get out your comfort zone.. #LosAngelesOlympics2028
