This local gem, located at 1718 N Nebraska Avenue, has already made a name for itself by winning the People’s Choice Award at The International Cuban Sandwich Festival. 

Flan Factory’s Cuban sandwich is a mouthwatering creation featuring slow-roasted pork, Genoa salami, Serrano ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, mayo, and mustard, all pressed between slices of bread from the legendary La Segunda bakery.
