Idaho’s attorney general sued in an attempt to get Idaho’s Supreme Court to remove the Open Primaries Initiative from the Nov. ballot. In a unanimous decision, the court dismissed Labrador’s case.

This is a victory for all Idaho voters, but especially for more than 270,000 independent Idaho voters who are blocked from voting in the most important elections.
