It’s time to normalize therapy! 

Just like with any other mental health issue, therapy still has a huge stigma around it. Therapy does NOT make you crazy, weird, and is NOT useless. You don’t even have to have a mental illness to go to therapy. There are so many types of therapy that help tackle different issues in different ways! 

Your mental health matters! If you think you may need therapy don’t be afraid to seek help.
