Northland College has announced Jake Bobrowski as head coach of the Women’s Ice Hockey program. He becomes the fourth head coach of the program.

Bobrowski, a native of St. Paul, MN, joins the Lumberjills after one season as an assistant coach with #PWHL Minnesota where he helped them win the inaugural Walter Cup Championship.

Prior to his time with the PWHL, Bobrowski spent one season as bench boss with Elmira College’s women’s ice hockey team in 2022-2023 where they won the #NEHC regular season championship and finish ranked 10th in the nation. 

He also had assistant coaching stops with the Hamline Pipers women’s ice hockey program for six seasons from 2015-2021 and one season with the Minnesota Golden Gophers in #NCAA Division I in 2021-2022.
