Favorite part: when asked why they are there - the kids have an answer!

Believe it or not, sometimes it’s not like this. Day in and day out in lessons, kids might not anticipate a weekly workout the same as a big clinic. In different settings, we lace different importance on how much we will get out of each day. 

Challenge of development: Get quality reps even on the normal days. Find importance and purpose in your movement. 

Stacking up those consistent, quality normal days are the real building blocks of development. These special events are the cherries on top, the measuring sticks, the quick starts. Who’s ready for another Groundwork? :)
