For the “we need to protect the athlete”crowd…

But their solutions seem to all limit how athletes can participate in #NIL 

This is why my stance is the biggest need in #NIL is the ability to vet businesses and agents before they engage in deals with athletes…

My assumption is that this wasn’t the agent’s only time conducting himself in a shady manner. 

A well designed background check may have caught something, it also may not have…

But there wasn’t anything… Sometimes even the threat of being exposed will prevent a bad actor from ever attempting something like this… Good for Hill to speak up 👊🏽
