Could not be more proud and excited to see Mental Training Plan be implemented into the University of Saint Francis - Fort Wayne, IN Athletic department. 
mentaltrplan had the privilege of partnering with college coaches across the country, but very excited to announce that University of St. Francis is the first college partner with multiple teams joining the MTP Academy! 
TY to AD Mike McCaffrey and usf_cougars athletics for helping prepare their student athletes not only for success on the field, but also in life!

Understanding the importance of mental preparation & training is critical to building successful programs and more importantly “readiness” for it’s athletes to optimize their potential in practice, games and in life after being a student-athlete. 
Stay tuned to this NAIA program as they are about to showcase Mental Performace Training as a part of their development plan to its athletes.
Results on field will follow.

To create a better athlete / human you have to provide them tools to handle stress, doubt, lack of focus, lack of or not knowing how to prepare, lack of confidence and how to perform at the level they are capable of in high pressure situations.
It’s the most under trained aspect of coaching to all athletes when it comes to development - Mental Training.
Kudos to USF Athletics is seeing its value.
