We are getting so close to pumpkin season and I’m ready!! 🎃🧡 This pumpkin cheeseball was SO good and easier than I expected to make!

-2 (8oz) bricks softened cream cheese 
-1/2 cup cheddar cheese spread
-2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, divided 
-black paper to taste
-1 tsp smoked paprika 
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Combine the cream cheese, cheese spread, 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, green onions, and spices in a large bowl and mix until smooth.

Spread the remaining cheddar cheese onto a piece of cling wrap, then place the cream cheese mixture on top. Spread the cheddar all over the cheeseball, then wrap in the cling wrap.

Place rubber bands around the cheeseball to form a pumpkin shape, then chill until firm. Serve with crackers or chips of choice.
