Birthday brisket 🎂 I cooked this brisket all day Friday in preparation for my party yesterday. I left all the silver skin and fat on the flat AND IT CAME OUT AMAZING 🔥💯 Was hella nervous to serve this to @tfti.bbq @cherryanchorbbq @adventuresofafatguy @_dehaven_ and all the other homies but luckily she passed all the tests with flying colors!
