Fall, flat, and FAST made for a superb race day for both squads, with the men taking home SIXTH in the stacked gold race, led by a runner-up finish from Azaria Kirwa (who ran the 6th fastest 8k time EVER on this course 😲). The Lady Flames joined the fun, racking up 6k PR's on their way to a FOURTH place finish in the brown race.
