This week’s spotlight is Maddie Mills ’21!

The 2018 IvyLeague Rookie of the Year has been taking on the engineering world since graduating from Cornell, currently working at Phillips 66 as a Process Engineer.

What would Maddie tell our current players?: “Do hard things...take advantage of all the time coaches and professors are willing to give you. Once you leave Cornell it is much harder to find people that are as invested in helping you succeed.”
