Here’s what you need:
1. Whipped Cream 20g
2. Dried Raspberries 5g
3. White Chocolate 1g

Here’s how to make it:
1. Into a creamer whipper shiphon (250MLSiphone), add 250 ml of cream and
capsule of whipper charger. Then shake vigorously.
2. Extract 40ml of Toccanto espresso into an Vertuo espresso cup.
3. Add whipped cream on the top of the coffee
4. Display some dried Raspberries over the cream
5. Sprinkle shaved white Chocolate
