Week 11 post op ACL surgery!🤸🏽‍♀️🫶🏽

I started week 11 getting locked at 90 degrees which is exciting. I’ll be 2 weeks at 90 degrees then we’ll see how my ROM progresses from there🤩 it’s good to back in the gym doing different exercises and machines, because honestly I was getting bored of the ones I’ve been doing for the last 2.5months😅 I finally got to go on the bike even though I can’t do a full round yet but I’m so close🚲 It’s crazy to think I break a sweat when I move my leg around but a few months ago I could run over 10miles 🏃🏽‍♀️
