Summer ‘24 😎☀️

College athlete edition 

Real proud of the work this group put in over the summer; early mornings and late nights all in the pursuit of getting bigger, faster, and stronger! 

One thing that was a mainstay in all of our athlete’s training, regardless of sport is:

- sprinting (accel, max velo, COD)
- jumping 
- progressively overloaded weights

This summer, we had athletes from over 25 colleges and universities‼️ Love seeing local athletes pursue their dreams of playing at a higher level. 

Had a blast training this group and can’t wait to see their continued success in and out of the game.
