In case you can’t tell, I’m trying to use up ALL the peaches before it’s too late! This 6-Ingredient Cheesy Peach Flatbread Thing is SO easy but looks SO PROFESSIONALS. The following is a brief run-down of how it comes together:

3 medium peaches
8 ounces vegan cream cheese
2 tbsp fresh thyme
3 tbsp peach jam
1 tube vegan crescent roll
2 tbsp water

Slice your peaches, mix together cream cheese, thyme, 2 tbsp jam. Roll out vegan crescent roll. Add cream cheese mixture and arrange peach slices over the top. Mix together 2 tbsp water and 1 tbsp jam. Brush the tops of peaches and pastry with this mixture. Bake at 425° F for 20 minutes until golden brown.
