#Avs captain Gabriel Landeskog walked the entire course at the BMW Championship Pro-Am on Wednesday. It may seem like a small feat, but for the 31-year-old’s lengthy recovery from a knee cartilage replacement surgery, it’s a massive step toward playing for the Avalanche again — something he hasn’t done since June 2022. He met with the media and discussed the recovery process. 

“I’m excited. I feel like a hockey player again. It’s just a matter of taking all the necessary steps.”
