After suffering a life-changing injury which left him paralysed and fighting for his life, former professional rugby player edjackson8 climbed Yr Wyddfa (Mt Snowdon) a year on from his injury, much to the astonishment of many.

Since then Ed has pushed his own recovery through mountaineering, and created a positive change for others facing physical and mental adversity, using the outdoors as a remedy.
