Time to strengthen my core!🌟

So this week I get to add some different exercises to strengthen my core🤩 I will say during the last 2 months I was scared to do anything that would irritate my knee. But now that I’m starting to feel more comfortable and stable with my knee out of the brace, I’m excited to start doing more planks, standing hip flexions, and more!💚🎧🤸🏽‍♀️
