If you haven't been before, try any one of our classes for free! We want you to WANT to come to the gym, so come try us on for size! We have 26 classes a week for you to choose from! 

Sounds like something you're interested in? Here's how to sign up for your free first class:
1. Go to our website 
2. Check out our schedule and pick your date & time of the class you'd like to attend
3. Go to contact and use the form to shoot us an email with your request
4. Boom thats it! You'll get an email back confirming your spot, then just sign the waiver prior to attending and you're golden!

We're not a salesy gym so you're not going to get a big ole sales pitch at the end lol. If it's not your thing, no worries! If you love us and want to join, then heck yeah! You went home and have questions? Email us! DM us! Text us! Come back and chat! Send carrier pigeon (with return address we can't keep all the pigeons sent to us it's getting crowded)

We focus on strength building, community building, and meeting you where you're at. We are a gym for women & LGBTQIA+. We love working with beginners, and any level of fitness. We have one of the smallest class sizes around (capped at 8), which ensures you'll get 1:1 attention while enjoying the motivation of being in a class. Classes ain't your thing? We have 40 open gym hours a week for members, so you can come do your own work out!
