Throwback to December 2023, my buddy Jake trained me to do an L-sit to handstand.

How many tries did this take?

Many.

I included every single failure that was on camera in this video.

And, there were more failures off-camera.

I did that so you could see the best, and the worst, and the QUANTITY.

But I knew I could do it.

It took over an hour.

But tenacity wins.
