Yes, we're talking about you, Alex Thai Food & Noodle Bistro 💗 

Here's what we ordered:
-Chicken Gyoza
-Pad Pak Ruam
-Drunken Noodle
-Basil Fried Rice
-Panang Curry

The Chicken Gyoza was a perfect starter for us, light with a tangibly dumpling sauce.

The Pad Pak Ruam was so hearty and super fulfilling. It's a boost of veggie intake in one savory dish. Who needs a rainbow when you've got this veggie-packed dish? 

The Drunken Noodle: The combination of stir-fried rice noodles, onions, bell peppers, and Thai basil delivered that savory and spicy goodness we were looking for. The tomatoes soaked up all those flavors and made this tomato-hater a fan. 🍅
