Officially open, let's welcome, Little Coyote 👏 

We had the coolest opportunity to preview their menu before their grand opening and here's how it went: 

🍹 Cocktails are DELICOUS! You can't go wrong with any of the choices. A personal fave was the Paloma 😍 
🧀 Queso Fundido please, please, please order it. The taste is everlasting, it's not just a dip and move to your main dish, it's a dip and get another order 👏 
🌵 Cactus Paddle with the tortilla is the combo that brings the conversation together. It's light and simple. 

The food, the atmosphere, and the service are truly unmatched. Little Coyote has a dog-friendly patio and walk-ins only however, there is a "join our waitlist" feature on their website that allows you to join before leaving your house.
