You know that feeling of finding something new to eat? That's how we felt locking eyes with this food truck in Hixson 😍 

The menu that La Catrina Mexican Food has is a big one. They have tacos, tortas, sopas, vegetarian options, and much more. Since it's a taco truck we obviously, took our meal home. So let's go through our order: 

- Three birria tacos with mild sauce (some of us can't handle the heat) 
- Spinach and cheese enchiladas with rice and beans 
- CHURROS!!! with caramel drizzled 🤤 

*Where can you find La Catrina? It's in the Freedom Tattoo parking lot. They are open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays.
