Our Spirit Week was a success! 🎉

All Primary Division students had a blast celebrating the Avenues culture through music, sports and Carnaval. 💙

🏀 On Monday they gathered to meet athletes of our Basketball and Cheerleading teams.

🎶 Tuesday was Music Day and our young choir, 5th grade and secondary division band performed together. 

🗣️ On Wednesday they had the Language Pledge Day, and the 5th graders presented the expectations around the use of English in our school, creating an inclusive environment for all.

💬 Thursday was the showcase of the Kindness Project. 

🥁 And to celebrate an amazing week, on Friday, they had a colorful "bloquinho", with traditional Carnaval music played by our staff and students band.

Nossa Spirit Week foi um sucesso! 🎉

Todos os alunos da Primary Division se divertiram muito celebrando a cultura da Avenues através da música, dos esportes e do Carnaval. 💙

🏀 Na segunda-feira eles se reuniram para conhecer os atletas das nossas equipes de Basquete e Cheerleading.

🎶 Terça-feira foi o Dia da Música e nosso coral jovem, 5º ano e banda da secondary division se apresentaram juntos.

🗣️ Na quarta-feira foi realizado o Language Pledge Day, e os alunos do 5º ano apresentaram as expectativas em torno do uso do inglês em nossa escola, criando um ambiente inclusivo para todos.

💬 Quinta-feira foi o showcase do Kindness Project.

🥁 E para comemorar uma semana incrível, na sexta-feira, teve um bloquinho colorido, com música tradicional do Carnaval tocada pela banda de nossos funcionários e alunos.
