This Whisky Sour Day, we are enjoying the Chita Gold Rush. The honey syrup and fresh lemon juice beautifully accentuate the floral honey notes of Chita. The single-grain whisky’s smooth, clean character makes it a perfect choice for a refreshing summer cocktail like the Gold Rush.

Recipe:
1. Add Chita Whisky, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
2. Shake well until chilled, about 15-20 seconds
3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a large ice cube
4. Garnish with a yuzu or lemon twist
