Over the past 10 weeks when I haven’t been on the Sunday League hustle, I’ve been in Bossley Park on the tools for marconistallionsfc 

For those unaware, Marconi play in NPL1 - the second highest division of Australian Football. Pre A-League times they were one of the premier clubs in the country.

I’ve watched these boys take it to the division. 9-0 win against top of the table, 5 wins on the trot & countless big tackles, screamers & cross field pings. 

This week, they play a home elimination semi for a spot in the Grandfinal the following week. The opponent will be decided come Wednesday night 9:30pm wether it be sydneyunited58fc apialeichhardtfc blacktowncityfc or stgeorgecity ⚡️

It’s been unreal to step into a semi professional environment. Seeing how these boys operate day jobs and still give out top level performances is nothing short of remarkable. When I tell you that if they trained and played Football full time - they’d be all playing A-League. No joke. Proper ballers out in Bossley Park. 

Marconi has produced players such as Christian Vieri, Harry Kewell & Mark Schwarzer to name a few. However if you’re looking for current names to look out for -  _antonmlinaric dom_costa12 _jt9 & franco23maya are just a few you should take note of. 

Been an honour to work with such a club where you can still find football in its purest form. 🫡
