🥗 Another successful Power Hour at the SER YMCA! 

Participants had a fantastic time watching our presenter, Shanetta Edwards, whip up delicious Cold Black Eye Pea salad and Cabbage Cakes. Shanetta showed us how to create nutritious, budget-friendly meals packed with veggies. We even had one of our A-Team members participate as a Sous-Chef!
