August is #BacktoSchool Safety Month: Slow Down and Look for Children in School Zones

city_of_duarte deputies conducted crosswalk enforcement near Duarte #schools, 18 drivers were cited in a two hour period for traveling through the crosswalk while pedestrians were in it.  

Please drive like it is your child, grandchild, niece or nephew walking or riding their bike to school; Pick-up and drop-off times can be hectic, but it’s important to be patient and stay safe as children are getting to and from school.
