By the end of next year, this is what the space between Meeting + King streets could look like. ⛲️

This week, the City of Charleston's Board of Architectural Review approved plans for the ~1-acre American Gardens park. The public-use, outdoor space is planned to move into the site that was formerly occupied by the Dominion Energy building. 

It's part of a project by Beemok Hospitality Collection, the group that acquired this space and the E.B. White Building. That property will be sold to the Gibbes Museum of Art and restored.
