“Hey everyone! My name is Lindsey and I’m a proud sister of AOII!!💝

When I started college, I was feeling the same way most of you have felt or do now. Living in Tampa my whole life I was slightly intimidated by being so far away from the people I love. I think the decision to go through recruitment was the best one I ever made. Meeting the girls of Alpha Omicron Pi made me feel right at home and suddenly I was surrounded by a group of girls I am so proud to call my sisters!! 

When I met my PC sister crristinarramos I met my best friend. We immediately clicked and since then we’ve been inseparable to the point where we even started taking all of our classes together! I’m so beyond grateful I went through the process of recruitment in order to meet her and all of my other sisters

I promise you that you’re never alone even if you’re from another city or state or even country!! Going through this process helped me feel a connection to FIU through giving me forever friends and it could just be the best decision you ever make<3”
