It starts by putting yourself in situations that tell you exactly what you need to improve on. 

Now I’ve gotten these reps, I’m gonna be more equipped going forward. If a player is giving me trouble now, that’s great learning. But I know that ain’t lasting long, cause my defense is evolving.
