Shoutout to our summer athletes for recording our fastest summer to date. 

We had 10+ athletes running over 20MPH by our last phase of training, and on average took .05-.1 seconds off their acceleration time.

We ran fast, we ran slow with heavy weights, we got agile as f*ck and had a blast while doing it all.
