🍦MEMBER MONDAY🍦Meet Kristina Zontini, founder of the supersecreticecream shop located in Bethlehem, New Hampshire, and known for its farm-to-cone ice cream made with milk, cream, and fruit from neighboring producers. ⁠

💡 Best lesson ever learned:⁠
My first job at 14 was at an ice cream stand, of course! My boss always told us, “Five minutes early is 10 minutes late.” It taught me to be proactive and prepared for whatever I’m doing. To this day, I’m afraid of being late.⁠

🔧Tip, trick, or tool:⁠
This is silly but the day our kitchen team finally ordered a tape dispenser for our labeling tape, it was life-changing. I was so overwhelmed with starting the ice cream shop that I didn’t think about the little things that our kitchen needed. Ripping tape by hand just isn’t as satisfying as the clean tear of a good tape dispenser!⁠
