camillebecerra, author of the brand new book “Bright Cooking” and chef of asyouarebk, was our guest of honor at the beautiful soundviewgreenport on the North Fork for our very first Art of Entertaining dinner in partnership with kerrygoldusa and pernodricardusa. ⁠
⁠
Guests enjoyed a cocktail hour on the deck overlooking the Long Island Sound. There were passed bites from⁠ Soundview’s halyardgreenport restaurant and special cocktails, including Camille’s Lillet Spritz (lillet Blanc, tonic, grapefruit, and thyme) and the delmagueymezcal margarita with cucumber & jalapeño purée, triple sec, and a sambuca salt rim. There was also a charcuterie spread with all our fave kerrygoldusa varieties, from Dubliner to Cashel Blue Farmhouse Cheese. ⁠

For dinner, there was green goddess bibb lettuce salad, striped bass, and summer cavatelli with swiss chard, leeks, sugar snap peas, and burrata. For dessert, we enjoyed mini lemon tartlets, chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, strawberry shortcake cups, and absolutus jelly treats by solidwiggles.⁠

All of our guests took home a Cherry Bombe Summer Series tote filled with Camille’s debut cookbook, a bar tool set from Pernod Ricard, a keychain from Kerrygold, “Oui Chef” socks from cargocrew, coffee from noforoastingco, alice.mushrooms chocolates, and the new Cherry Bombe magazine. ⁠
