Simple tips to control emotions in the batters box:
1. Close eyes, 1 breath (2 sec inhale, 4 sec exhale)
2. Focus on 3 word intention (mine are: breathe, be easy, hammer it.)
3. Loose grip
4. Next pitch release; eyes on left field foul pole and breathe.
5. Compete every pitch
REPEAT

Always remember to give it everything you have in that moment, whatever you got 💯
