seriously nothing beats these crispy falafel pitas 🥙 with hummus, pickled red onions, and lots of dairy free tzatziki on top…plus, bonus! The falafel can be fried, baked or air fried until golden brown 

These would make a great lunch or easy dinner when you meal prep all the components ahead of time. Just assemble and enjoy!
