Bike the Block is a free event series happening across all boroughs celebrating biking in NYC!

Events include group rides, bike riding lessons for kids & adults, free bike repairs, helmets & more with nyc_dot bikenewyork and unlimitedbiking 

+ NYC_DOT hosts free helmet fitting events all across NYC & have given out over 300,000 helmets!

8/25 Manhattan 1pm-5pm:
Frederick Douglass Blvd 114 - 121 St
*adult and kids bike lessons from bikenewyork 

9/7 Queens 11am-3pm:
89 Ave, Merrick Blvd to 169 St

9/28 Bronx 11am-3pm:
Bronx River Ave, 172 St to 174 St

10/5 Queens 11am-3pm:
Woodside Ave, 72 St to 79 St

10/12 Brooklyn 11am-3pm:
Blake Ave, Thomas S Boyland St 
to Mother Gaston Blvd

10/26 Manhattan 11am-3pm:
Audubon Ave, 184 St to 188 St
