Susannah Scaroni suscaroni returned to the Paralympics in Paris for the fourth time in her career. After earning a gold and a bronze medal in Tokyo, the veteran wheelchair racer looked to add to her collection. To make it to this elite level, Scaroni had to overcome a severe eating disorder that she developed in high school.
